Methodology
A hub for complex knowledge and inquiry
Our work unfolds through three deeply intertwined practices: Research, Public Programmes, Cultural Strategy Consultancy. Together, they form a mutually reinforcing ecosystem through which knowledge can circulate between knowledge inquiries, public engagement, and real-world implementation.
Public Programme
At xuanguan’s London space, we curate exhibitions, talks, screenings, workshops, salons, reading groups, and other experimental formats, bringing research into public discourse, and creating a shared space where artists, researchers, technologists, policymakers, and broader audiences can intersect, exchange, and collectively reflect on emergent issues.
Cultural Strategy
Technological transformation increasingly demands cultural understanding. In an increasingly interconnected and complex world, no single perspective offers sufficient answers. Drawing on xuanguan’s research capacity, cross-sector networks, and interdisciplinary expertise, we partner with diverse organisations to collectively interpret emerging technological conditions and develop culturally attuned and socially grounded responses.
